Florida Appraisal and Bulding Inspections Staff currently consisting of two individuals.

 Thomas G. Kleinchnitz Sr ., is President and Building Inspector. Tom is licensed as a Building Inspector and WDO Inspector and holds many certifications in related industries, such as mold sampling, radon testing, etc. Tom performs all building inspections, WDO inspections, specialty inspections and mold sampling for Florida Appraisal And Bulding Inspections, Inc.

Tom's work history before becoming a building inspector was 22 years of Engineering. Getting his start in the City Engineering Department of Melbourne, Florida, from there he was involved in many civil and architectural projects. Tom progressed into many mechanical, civil and architectural projects with several companies and firms. His knowledge of residential building construction is extensive. Tom has extensive hands-on experience in residential and small commercial buildings as well. Having built 3 homes from start to finish, and one commercial Pre-School. His hands-on experience is strong in ALL construction disciplines of residential construction. Tom holds credentials with the American Society of Home Inspectors, Florida Association of Building Inspectors and the International Code Council. Tom’s dedication to further education is unmatched by other professionals in his trade. Currently studying to be Code Certified he has entered the Masters Program with the International Code Council. Tom has personally performed over 5000 home inspections and is considered one of the best and most preferred in his area.

Theresa A. Kleinschnitz, is Vice-president, Office Manager and is a Registered Appraisal Trainee, employeed by Certified Residential Appraisor; Anthony Piscopo.. All appraisal services brokered by Florida Appraisal And Building Inspection will be processed through and reviewed by the office of Tony Piscopo and Sunshine State Appraisal Company.

Theresa’s professional work experience prior to accepting a position with FAABI was working as the Office Manager for Advanced Building Inspection, . She also is a degreed Special Education Teacher, a National Board Certified teacher, and a mother of five, grandmother of 2. Theresa has worked for the Lake County School system for the past seven years.

With her extensive experience in collecting research, analyzing data, and developing business related presentations, she chose a career change into the Appraisal Industry. She currently works with one on Central Florida's most aggressive, and thorough appraisal company, that strives to always hit there mark in appraising residential properties.
